At Lizza Fashion, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your women’s clothing order, we offer a 7-day refund policy under the following conditions:
Conditions for Refund:
- Incorrect Item: If the product you received is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or style).
- Damaged or Defective Item: If the clothing item is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing fault upon delivery.
- Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items purchased during a sale or promotional event (unless otherwise specified).
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (such as undergarments or swimwear).
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or as store credit (based on your preference).
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or damaged items).
